Luckily this year there was no tsunami threat nor any rain to spoil the annual Halloween block party in Chinatown. The weather was, however, muggy and hot.

Here’s the photos I took from an abbreviated Hallowbaloo street party courtesy of a tsunami evacuation. Luckily the tsunami did not do not any significant damage (as of this writing at least).

Once again the streets of Chinatown were overrun with costumes and beer for the annual Hallowbaloo street party. I took a lot of pics and if you have one of my cards, I’ll e-mail you the high res pics.
